Welcome to Legitoto (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). Legitoto is an online betting and gaming platform operated for and primarily serving players located in Malaysia, including but not limited to users in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Penang, Johor Bahru, and surrounding areas.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Legitoto and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers with, or uses any component of the Legitoto platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, instant games, and any other product or service offered through the domain legitoto.cam and its associated subdomains.

By clicking "Register", "I Agree", or any similar affirmation during the registration process, or by accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Access to and use of the Legitoto Platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs in the following circumstances:

• Completion of the registration process and affirmation of agreement during sign-up;
• Placing a wager or accessing the live casino or slot products following login;
• Depositing funds into your Legitoto Account through any payment channel;
• Claiming any promotional offer, bonus, or free bet credit made available through the Platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms, or supplementary policies published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a game-specific or promotion-specific rule, the more specific rule shall prevail with respect to that game or promotion only.

These Terms are available in English. The English version constitutes the definitive and governing version. Any translated version is provided for convenience only and shall not be binding.

To register an Account and use the Legitoto Platform, a User must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. Age requirement: The User must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Legitoto operates a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gaming activities. The User's date of birth must be accurate as submitted during registration.
2. Jurisdiction: The User must not be a resident of or located within a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.
3. Single account: Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account. Registering multiple Accounts by any individual is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
4. Legal capacity: The User must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Use of the Platform by persons acting under legal guardianship or by persons who have been subject to a court order restricting their legal capacity is prohibited.
5. No self-exclusion: The User must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether self-initiated through the Platform or imposed by an external gambling harm prevention authority.

To register an Account, Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, their full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Users must not use fictitious names, false identities, or any information that does not accurately represent their identity.

All information submitted during registration is subject to verification. Legitoto reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including but not limited to during registration, prior to first withdrawal, and following any suspected breach of these Terms.

Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their Account information. If any registered information changes — including email address or contact number — the User must update their Account details promptly. Legitoto accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated contact information.

By registering an Account, the User consents to receive service communications, transactional notifications, and (subject to marketing preferences) promotional material from Legitoto via email and the registered contact number. Marketing preferences can be managed from within the Account settings.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their username and password. Legitoto strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available in Account security settings. Two-factor authentication provides a significant additional layer of protection, particularly for Users accessing the Platform via shared or public devices.

Users must not share their Account credentials with any third party. Any wager placed, withdrawal requested, or action taken using a User's Account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by the Account holder, unless the User has promptly notified Legitoto of unauthorised access via the support channel.

If a User suspects that their Account has been accessed without authorisation, they must contact Legitoto support immediately. Legitoto will cooperate in good faith to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the Account. Legitoto accepts no liability for losses arising from a User's failure to maintain credential security.

All transactions on the Legitoto Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Deposits may be made via the payment methods supported by the Platform at the time of the transaction, which currently include but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20).

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified in a promotion's terms. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to periodic review. Users are advised to check the Deposit page for current limits applicable to each payment method.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to the Account within moments of payment confirmation.
• Deposits made via FPX or DuitNow bank transfer are typically credited within 5–10 minutes of successful bank authorisation.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the requisite number of network confirmations, typically within 15–30 minutes.
• Legitoto does not accept deposits from credit cards directly in jurisdictions where such transactions are prohibited or restricted.

Legitoto reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit that is suspected to be fraudulent, made in contravention of these Terms, or in breach of applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

Users may submit withdrawal requests for their available (non-bonus) Account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section and subject to KYC verification having been completed.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the User's most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is maintained as an anti-money-laundering safeguard. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, an alternative pre-approved method may be used at Legitoto's discretion.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 unless otherwise specified.
• Standard e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval during business hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network congestion and are typically processed within 1–3 hours of request approval.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours will be queued and processed on the next available processing cycle.
• Legitoto does not charge a withdrawal processing fee, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Legitoto reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may result in additional documentation being requested from the User. Any such request will be communicated via the registered email address and must be responded to within 14 days.

Legitoto offers a variety of bonus and promotional products from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, free bet credits, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this Section and to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer.

General Bonus Terms:

• All bonus claims are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement will be disclosed at the point of bonus offer and in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount (or bonus amount plus deposit amount, where specified). The standard wagering multiplier for deposit match bonuses is stated in the relevant promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds will be used before real-money funds when placing wagers, unless the Platform's wallet system specifies otherwise.
• Real-money wagers placed with real-money balance do not contribute to bonus wagering requirements and vice versa unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering contributions vary by game category. Slots typically contribute 100% of the wagered amount toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are disclosed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses that are not claimed or used within the specified validity period will expire automatically and without compensation.
• Legitoto reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or void any bonus or promotion at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe the offer is being abused, exploited, or claimed in breach of these Terms.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other users, or placing hedged bets to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any market-specific or event-specific rules published within the Platform's sportsbook and casino interfaces.

• Bets are accepted only from registered, verified Account holders who have sufficient available balance at the time of placement.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User, except where the Platform provides an explicit "cash out" or "bet edit" feature for the specific market.
• Legitoto reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a clear and manifest error in odds, pricing, or event data has occurred. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the User's Account.
• In the event of an abandonment, postponement, or suspension of a sporting event, settlement will follow the applicable sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook. Where no specific rule applies, all bets on the affected market will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. Legitimate winnings that exceed published maximum payout thresholds will be capped at the published limit. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant market or upon enquiry to support.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a delay in acceptance. Bets placed during a live event may be accepted at a price different from the displayed price if the displayed price is no longer valid at the time of server receipt.

Users of the Legitoto Platform are prohibited from engaging in the following conduct. Violation of any of these prohibitions will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and/or legal action.

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal information;
• Using the Account of any other person, or allowing any other person to use your Account;
• Attempting to defraud Legitoto or any other User through any means, including through the exploitation of system errors, bugs, or pricing anomalies;
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, matched betting using Platform bonuses, or any systematic approach designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access account data, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to conceal funds from any illegal activity;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention tool;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Legitoto staff or other users via any communication channel, including live chat and email;
• Colluding with other Users in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage.

Legitoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the User or their payment provider;
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 4;
• At the User's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gambling tools.

Where an Account is terminated for reasons other than breach of these Terms or suspected fraud, any confirmed real-money balance (exclusive of uncleared bonus funds) remaining in the Account will be returned to the User via their most recently used withdrawal method within 14 business days of termination, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an Account is terminated due to fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, Legitoto reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the Account, including real-money deposits, pending withdrawals, and bonus credits. Legitoto will retain records of such terminations and may report relevant cases to applicable authorities.

Legitoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable and controlled leisure activity. Accordingly, Legitoto provides a suite of responsible gambling tools accessible to all Account holders directly from the Account settings panel.

Available responsible gambling tools include:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day waiting period.
• Session time reminders: Configurable alerts notifying Users after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous Platform use.
• Self-exclusion: Users may request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform, effective within 24 hours of the request.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying time elapsed and net session result.

Legitoto maintains a strict 21+ minimum age policy. We actively monitor for patterns consistent with problem gambling and reserve the right to proactively contact Users where such patterns are identified.

All content on the Legitoto Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, software, databases, and all other proprietary materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Legitoto or its duly licensed third-party partners. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit Users to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or content;
• Use the Legitoto brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by Legitoto.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Legitoto shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the User's access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings;
• Interruption of service due to technical issues, maintenance, or events outside Legitoto's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including Touch 'n Go, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, or the User's bank;
• Losses arising from the User's failure to maintain Account security in accordance with Section 6;
• Data loss, corruption, or breach attributable to third-party systems, malware, or the User's own device.

Legitoto's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Legitoto is incorporated and licensed to operate. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction of residence.

In the event of any dispute between a User and Legitoto, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through Legitoto's internal customer support escalation process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts identified under Legitoto's governing jurisdiction.

For Users based in Malaysia, disputes relating to the use of digital services may also be referred to the relevant consumer protection bodies under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation, subject to the jurisdictional scope of those bodies.

Legitoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users by way of a notice posted on the Platform homepage and, where the changes are material, via an email notification to the registered Account email address.

Amendments take effect from the date specified in the update notice. If the notice does not specify a date, amendments take effect 7 days from the date of posting. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Users who do not agree with any amendment to these Terms should cease using the Platform and may request closure of their Account by contacting support, subject to the withdrawal of any available real-money balance in accordance with Section 8.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that Users review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes that may affect their use of the Platform.
